Life Care Plans are paid out in cash and can be used at
the beneficiaries own discretion. This can include collection
and preparation of body, coffin, church service (including
the service sheet and flowers) food and travel costs.
Health Rewards provides you with 3 basic Life Care Plan
options and the Platinum Membership option.

The three basic Life Care Plan options are suitable to Gold
and Gold+ Health Rewards members who can choose a plan in
line with their family requirements.
Platinum Membership
Platinum Members enjoy maximum Life Care cover, in addition
to the extensive range of Health Rewards lifestyle benefits
featured throughout this website.
Premium Rates
Members over the age of 60 are required to pay the Premium
Rate, although if you form part of a group that amounts
to over 50 members, this rate will not apply to you.
